Booking an experience with Vértigo is simple
You can purchase your experience directly through our website. Once your purchase is complete, we will contact you to coordinate all the details.
What happens after I book?
Once your purchase is completed, you will receive an email with the next steps.
In that email, we will ask you to contact us via WhatsApp and provide:
- The name of the person who made the reservation.
- The experience you booked.
- The date you would like to do the activity.
From there, we will coordinate
- Date and time.
- Meeting point.
- Experience-specific details.
- Clothing and equipment recommendations.
- Any questions you may have before your activity.
Important Information
Many of our experiences depend on weather and mountain conditions.
If conditions do not allow the activity to be carried out safely, the experience may be rescheduled for another date at no additional cost.
